Woke up feeling stiffer than tin man. Loosened up quite a bit by the time I completed my second workout of the day. Didn't feel sick or dizzy today doing the workouts, but have developed a headache throughout the day - no doubt due to all the tea I am no longer drinking!
The muscle(s) running straight down from my belly button are really sore, and they screamed at me when I tried to do pushups today. This is the first real exercise I have done since having my 3rd child nearly 6mths ago, so I went a bit easier on the pushup attempts today.
Had a bath tonight with letric soda crystals in it and that relieved alot of soreness. Am ready to flake now. Goodnight!
