5th January 2010

Got on the scales today - wow, I have lost almost 6 pound (2.7kg)!

Feeling much better now I am eating more, worked hard on the meltdown today, still finding pushups difficult due to ab pain, so not pushing so hard on them, but giving my all to the rest

4th January 2010

Woke up this morning not as stiff as yesterday, but physically drained. Took me most of the day to realise why. It's quite hot here (mid to high 30's) and I am drinking so much more than I am used to. I'm just not hungry or thinking about food. I simply wasn't eating enough. After a good dinner of salmon and vegies I felt much better and the power circuit I do in the evenings was the best workout of the day

3rd January 2010

Woke up feeling stiffer than tin man. Loosened up quite a bit by the time I completed my second workout of the day. Didn't feel sick or dizzy today doing the workouts, but have developed a headache throughout the day - no doubt due to all the tea I am no longer drinking!

The muscle(s) running straight down from my belly button are really sore, and they screamed at me when I tried to do pushups today. This is the first real exercise I have done since having my 3rd child nearly 6mths ago, so I went a bit easier on the pushup attempts today.

Had a bath tonight with letric soda crystals in it and that relieved alot of soreness. Am ready to flake now. Goodnight!

2nd January 2010

Full on day today, started with Meltdown:
I did the full 4 x 4, although some exercises I couldn't do fully, I don't have that range of movement - yet! This was really hard work, I can't remember sweating so much (though it is summer here!). I was weak and shakey and wanting to throw up by the time I finished!

Did Individual Circuit later. Did the assessment first, then after a rest did the 50% in a time of 3min 4sec. I was wrecked. Fell asleep on the couch in the afternoon.

Have just completed the Power Circuit. I know I have shoulders now!

Drank heaps of water today, and eaten more fruit today than I have in a long time.

Will have no problems being asleep early tonight!
